Care Advocacy AZ was founded by an Arizona board-certified Nurse Practitioner with decades of clinical, hospital, leadership, and patient-advocacy experience. The practice was created for families who want more than occasional updates—they want context, accountability, and a knowledgeable person in their corner.

 

Our purpose
We help families understand what is happening, recognize meaningful changes, prepare better questions, and follow important concerns across care settings.

 

Our independence
Care Advocacy AZ is independent of facility ownership, placement commissions, and sales-driven referral relationships. Recommendations are based on the resident’s needs and the family’s stated priorities.

 

Our approach
We observe, organize, communicate, and support authorized families while respecting the resident’s dignity, preferences, legal rights, and existing treatment relationships. We do not replace emergency services, facility staff, or treating clinicians.

 

Arizona-based support

We serve older adults and their families throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, and neighboring communities, with particular experience in assisted living, memory care, and care transitions.
