Choosing assisted living or memory care is a major care decision. Care Advocacy AZ helps families clarify needs, compare communities consistently, prepare for tours, ask better questions, and organize the facts needed by the resident or legally authorized decision-maker.

Our review considers care needs, communication preferences, location, family access, staffing patterns, clinical support, safety practices, daily routines, transportation, cost structure, and how a community responds when needs change. We can attend tours, document answers, identify items that need verification, and support move-in stabilization. We do not guarantee facility performance, regulate communities, or make the final decision.

Our role is independent and client-centered. Recommendations are based on the family’s stated priorities and available information, not on a sales-driven tour experience. Placement guidance is available throughout the Phoenix metro and neighboring communities, subject to assessment, authorization, geography, and availability.
